Obituary
Oben LaRose,aged 49 years,Charleroi,R.D.2,died Wednesday morning,February 9,1955,at 6:40 o'clock in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Surviving are his wife,Mrs. Hazel F. LaRose;four daughters,Mrs. Kenneth (Ardis) Morton,of Elizabeth R.D.3,Mrs. John E. (Florence) Ames,of Charleroi,R.D.2,Patricia Ann LaRose,at home,and Mrs.Robert (June) Williams;a son,Carl M. LaRose,with the U.S. Army,stationed in Colorado;five grandchildren;three brothers,Elmer,of New Brighton,Henry and John,both of Rochester,PA;and a sister, Mrs. Henry Best,of Beaver Falls. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home during visiting hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Saturday,February 12,1955,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Carl Sphar of the Centerville Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
